Clam Chowder, the New England kind (with cream, I used half n’ half), is a meal type of soup. Have a side salad with it and you’re full.
I realize I can make a seafood soup using scallops, shrimps, and clams with pretty much the same ingredients. I also added fresh spinach.
This soup was good but I needed to add more onions for the amount of stock I added. The ingredients must measure up for good flavor!
