These were perfectly cooked! They are simple to make and very tasty!
Get yourself a bag of shredded cabbage. Add some sliced onion, minced garlic and jalapeno (if you like).
Combine these items with some flour, salt and water and you get the above!
Delicious vegetable fritters! Okay, frying is NOT the healthest cooking method but we’re cooking vegetables here!
And when you fry them on high heat, you retain less oil in the finished product!
Here’s the recipe:
1/2 C flour
1 t salt
3/4 C water
3/4 C shredded cabbage/onion/garlic mix
Mix all ingredients together. Drop by tablespoon full into hot canola oil. (About 1/4 inch of canola oil.)
Drain on paper towel and enjoy!
